No matter how hard they try, all of us will get sick at some time in the work of the year but there's methods they can reduce the amount of days they are unable to work & as a result, unable to earn money. Think of how upsetting it would be to have spent plenty of hard work & time promotion & promoting your business, building networks, & gaining clients & work, only to be ill to meet your obligations. But nice health is not limiting the amount of income you might lose; it is also about making a healthy state of mind.

Regular exercise has plenty of benefits including stress reduction, improved mental capabilities, better quality of sleep & issue solving (in case you are ever stuck on a controversy with no solution in sight, try a ten minute walk, you'll be amazed at how quickly your mind will come up with viable solutions).

Snacking on nuts or fruit is a much better option to sweet when the mid-afternoon slump hits. A speedy sugar fix will only have you crashing again within an hour. & don't forget water - staying hydrated is important in case you need to think clearly throughout the day.

Another important element to improve your health is a nice diet. While it is simple to forget to take the time to eat regularly or nutritionally when working for yourself, making time in your day to eat a healthy lunch can improve your productivity. A healthy lunch of whole grains & protein will help increase your concentration levels in the afternoon.
