Stick Within Your Comfort Zone And How Is This Connected To The Law Of Attraction?

"You must move outside of your comfort zone to succeed in life" or "Think outside the box" are common phrases I listen to both offline and online from various teachers. These are phrases that make me feel uncomfortable because they are both confusing and unwise pieces of advice.

When they are making decisions in life, they move from place to place taking the next step in our evolution. To simplify this, lets imagine a kid learning how to walk. These tiny ones move step by step in to the next phase of their movement. As they build strength, they learn to roll over, then crawl, then stand holding onto something etc. etc. Each step of the way, they gain balance and skill in their new endeavours, before moving on to the next stage. In other words they do not try to run before they can walk and in the event that they did, they would lose confidence and be frustrated in their efforts.

Using terms like "move out of your comfort zone" is usually not wise teaching because it implies being uncomfortable in what is trying. If they understand law of attraction, they understand that this is a vibrational universe and our emotional state of being is EVERYTHING in our new creations. To move with ease to the next and the next is usually how things will unfold if they listen to our inner guidance.

When learning new things, if a person is listening to their inner guidance they will take the "next logical step" in whatever they are learning. They won't attempt quantum leaps because they usually are not satisfying or wise. Taking the next logical step is an simple transition in to the next and the next. It is a transition that builds confidence if they are listening to our inner wisdom.

So lots of of us have lost our way because they try to "think" our way in to the next step, than "feel" our way to the next. Always trust your feelings because they are the guidance from within that do not fail us. Feeling uncomfortable means you are "off track" and time to move in to what feels "more comfortable."

Negative emotion always means they are not listening to our inner self. It means they have strayed from what is lovely for us. It is always an indicator that they are off-track in our thinking or doing or both. That is the purpose of our emotions, lovely is lovely and bad is bad. Positive emotion means "I am right on track" and negative emotion means "I am off track."

Every "next step" will feel natural, comfortable, effortless and will build confidence to move forward. Being out of our comfort zone is akin to paddling upstream, it is usually the hard way of going about things. Law of attraction is the basis of all that is and at the core it means "positive emotion attracts positive things, people and experiences" and negative emotion attracts negative things, people and experiences.

I do know that having a incredible life experience is what they are here for and lots of of us have forgotten that. When they have an understanding of the law of attraction and the role of our emotions, they can start to be kinder and gentler to ourselves. They can move from experience to experience with confidence and ease, when they listen to this inner guidance.
