Love and the Work Place

No, this is not an article about the "love affair" with a coworker. The types of problems are so far beyond my ability to write about them. This is a post about how to apply the unconditional love for our fellow workers. Links right on the lover of his neighbor.

The workplace is a difficult environment. Every organization has at least one person who throws his ego at all and uses all means to impose their will. Impose their will on what may seem good or sometimes even worse, so it will look bad. Being around these climbers ruthless steps is extremely frustrating. But the most frustrating situation is when one of these crazy is our boss.

Can lead to depression, frustration, and trains of thought completely irrational. Often we can live in these monsters to the point where we can not think of anything else. Even on weekends or holidays, we can not allow our minds to drift to his extravagance. It can be overwhelming.


But here again, shame on us! We know we can not prove them wrong and therefore ourselves right. Worse, we know that we certainly can not change them. But what we can do is change the way we act and react to that person. Port we love in our hearts for them. They are as they are for some reason disturbed, something in his past to bring your current madness. In order to give them love. Give them what they do not deserve. Love without expecting anything in return. Give them the best and only kind of true love. Love them unconditionally. Will improve and eventually may be taken into account.
